The payments for Fresh Bread Creative Services are flat firm fees related to the common projects and not to the amount of hours we dedicate to your specific project. That is because you pay for our creative ability, talent and experience and not for our time.

Our standard policy is to receive all payments in advance. Our work on your project will begin upon receipt of the full payment. We make revisions free of charge, unless the requested revisions are based on a change in the project that is made after the copy was submitted.

Due to our strong reputation and vast experience, we rarely need to deal with refunds or charge backs. Nevertheless, our refund policy is simple - we don't make refunds. No refunds are available on orders unless work has not been started. Any issues regarding our work will be resolved through negotiation, but in any case not by refund.
